Love Your Purchase or Return It With Ease!

We want you to be thrilled with your Art of thewa jewelry.  That's why we offer a customer-friendly return and exchange policy:

2-Day Returns & 2 Day Exchanges:

  • You have 2 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

Got a Damaged Item or Wrong Product?

  • Refuse delivery if the packaging is tampered with or damaged.
  • Email us at artofthewa@gmail.com with your Order ID for a free replacement.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Login to your account (or create a new one) and choose "Return" or "Exchange."
  2. We'll arrange a pick-up at your convenience.

Important Notes:

  • Unboxing Video: Record a video of yourself opening your package to help us resolve any issues (missing items, damage, etc.). Submit this video with your return/exchange request.
  • Gift Wrap: Gift wrap is not returnable, but the jewelry inside can be.
  • Return Limits: You can receive store credit twice per order for returns/exchanges.
  • Luxury Sets: Return/exchange requests for luxury sets must be made within 24 hours of delivery due to their handcrafted nature.
  • Free Gifts: If you return an order that included a free gift, the gift must also be returned.
  • Store Visits: Appointments are required for in-store returns/exchanges.
  • Missed Pick-Up: If you miss your scheduled pick-up, you'll need to self-ship the return.
  • Return Proof: Get a receipt (physical or digital) when returning your package. We need this proof for lost shipments.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 2-4 days of receiving your return at our Jaipur warehouse.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:

  • Products with physical damage.
  • Products requested for return/exchange after 48 hours.
  • Custom-made products.

Exchange Details:

  • Choose "Exchange" in your account within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • We'll pick up your original item and deliver your replacement within 5-7 business days.
  • Customized products cannot be exchanged.
  • Upgrading? We'll provide a coupon for the returned item's value.
  • Downgrading? You'll receive store credit for the difference.
  • Exchanged products cannot be returned or exchanged again.
  • No discounts apply to exchange orders.
