We want you to absolutely love your Art of the Wa purchase! That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy:

Got a Damaged Item?

• Refuse delivery if the packaging is tampered with or damaged.
• Email us at artofthewa@gmail.com with your Order ID to get a replacement ASAP (free of charge!).

Change Your Mind? Here's How to Return:

• Login to your account (or create a new one using your order email) within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Select "Return" from the Return/Exchange option. We'll arrange a pick-up at your convenience.
• Important: Return requests cannot be made via email, social media, or phone calls.

Things to Remember About Returning:

• We only offer one free pick-up attempt. If you miss it, you'll need to self-ship the product.
• Partial returns from multi-item orders may have a slight adjustment in the refund amount due to applicable discounts.
• If you can't return your item within 48 hours of requesting a return, we can only offer store credit, not a refund.
• Keep your return receipt (physical or message) as proof in case of lost shipments.
• Refunds take 2-4 business days after your return reaches our warehouse in Jaipur.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Replacement:

• Products with physical damage.
• Products ordered on sale.
• Customized products.
• Requests made after 2 days of receiving your order.
• Made-to-order products.

Easy Exchanges:

• Initiate an exchange request within 10 days of receiving your order through your account.
• We'll pick up the original item and ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
• Customized products cannot be exchanged.
• Upgrading? We'll provide a coupon for the returned item's value to use on your next purchase!
• Downgrading? You'll receive store credit for the difference.
• Exchanged products cannot be returned or exchanged again.
• No discounts apply to exchange orders.
